Wire found between 2 border fences

The wire was strung between two sections of fence separating California from Mexico, and was placed at just the right height so that when pulled taut, it could decapitate anyone who happened to be riding an ATV...like the ones border patrol agents ride around on. Yikes!!! I know that border agents get a bad rap a lot of the time - they're the ones who "bust the poor immigrants risking their lives coming to the US to make a better life for their families back home" (using all the cliche lines here)...but stringing up a wire to decapitate them?! That's pretty harsh, no?

I know Dominoes is nice, but seriously, aggravated assault is a step too far...

Hmmm. that's interesting. I find it incredibly hard to believe that Mexicans, trying to cross the border, have done this. Whoever had the time to do this without getting caught would just cross the border. Why the HELL, would they take the time to string this up in order to kill guards that weren't even there at the time. I DON'T BUY IT. I say, this is a ploy to get Americans more on board with aggressive immigration tactics. It's BS!

Cuenquer, the assumption is that the wire was installed by Mexicans and/or someone who had an interest in killing border patrol agents. They hypothicate that it's related to drug runners or the like. I say BULL. It's a real easy, cheap way to tell Americans that Mexicans are dangerous, and willing to kill in order to get across the border. If they are ruthless, dare I say TERRORISTS, then Americans will be more likely to approve building a wall, and kicking out the illegals who are already here. This has HOAX written all over it.
