You did it, boys. Something useful. Tight. Smart. Engaged. Embodied. Keep it up.
The Nocturnal Transmissions Chemosphere shit is utterly canned and dry. I could get more spontaneity from a jello mold. Why not invite a bunch of LA-based VC2 producers to crash the party and make it a bit more spontaneous? Push the edges of Valverde's boundaries a bit girls...

Good job! Great piece.

I loved this piece! Well done. I especially liked the unusual interview format, where you guys are standing up in some kind of lobby talking to Dr. Gray who is also standing. Very dynamic. He immediately struck me as a really wise man, not at all the trendy hyped image I get from the media's take on his books. I liked the intercutting with different modern characters on the street, but there was definitely one point in which the wise Dr. Gray made an awesome point which was totally lost with the resulting interview.
He said, "Women have the power to bring men back to what normal, simple things are."
The next cut was to a woman on the street, being asked if she checks her guy's comments on his Myspace page. What? This did not compute at all!Overall I liked this segment and would definitely watch more. The two interviewers are very, ahem, watchable and they have a great rapport with their subject as well as the people they interview on the street. Bravo. Just try to delve a little deeper next time.

pretty interesting. i think that technology can totally hinder the dating process cause there's constant expectation for communication and thus no mystery. and no ability to retreat, as max said.
-
Uhm, very interresting. It feels good to hear it from the experts. This whole relationship thing is like weird science and this pod is really helpful in translating the issues that young people face in the dating world. I like the Q & As, you guys really sound like you know what you are talking about. Good Job!

People have hidden behind technology to communicate ... ummm.. wait
-
Great piece, wish it kept going, i wonder if you could blanket statement technologies good and evils by saying that if its not being used for something completely usefull, it by default detracts from the simple pleasures.

Interesting...I can't stand the text and instant messaging. Whatever happened to a good ol' conversation? Using these mediums, feeling is lost and people and incorrectly interpret a comment. Technology makes it too easy for guys to get away with not talking to a girl, avoiding someone, or even breaking up. Man up and dial that number!

I really like the podcast you do, but I did think it was important to share the below with you. Also, I ask that you look into his back ground a little more before believing, what I see as a great injustice to couples, his theories.
Here is a little a bit about this man, "John Gray" , that I have read and know him for.....http://www.rickross.com/reference/gray/gray2.html
The relationship guru who constantly promotes himself as "Dr. John Gray" and lists a "Ph.D." has only one accredited degree, a high school diploma.
Previously CultNews.com reported that Gray's doctorate is "worthless." According to California's attorney general a "diploma mill" that was later shut down issued it.
CultNews kept checking further and can now report that both of John Gray's other purported degrees are also unaccredited and essentially worthless too.
Neither his BA nor his MA is from an accredited institution of higher education.
Gray received his undergraduate degrees from Maharishi European Research University in Seelisberg, Switzerland before returning to the United States in 1982, according to his posted bio at Brooks International.
Maharishi European Research University in Switzerland is not accredited according to World Education Services (WES) or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
Both accrediting organizations could not find the Swiss Maharishi U anywhere in their exhaustive and well-maintained databases.
