For thirty five years the leaders of the medical professions in America have stated that circumcision is not medically necessary. Yet doctors are making a $400,000,000 profit off of this mutilative practice in America. And taking away 3/4 of the sensitivity of the male genitals in the process.

    30 seconds of scrolling that I can't understand...Anyway, don't parents choose to have their children circumcised? Hospitals can't force your baby to have his foreskin removed. It's done of the parents' choice, so what's the big deal?

    I dont understand why Americans still go with this pointless procedure. If they only knew they were taking away, and not helping.

    Well, the big deal is that the baby who is being circumcised is not consulted. Parents do not have the right to sexually abuse their children or remove any other part of their bodies. The foreskin contains 20,000 sexually sensitive nerve endings that provide pleasure during sex. Shouldn't the individual being cut have a say in the matter? Circumcision takes parents' rights way too far. What about the basic human right to keep all the body parts with which you are born?
