Digital Praise, a faith-based video game development company, is gearing up to release Guitar Praise later this month to compete with games such as Rock Band and Guitar Hero.
Guitar Praise, like the title suggests, is a Guitar Hero clone for the PC and Mac that features hit songs from popular Christian rock bands such as Relient K, Flyleaf, and 12 Stones.
Digital Praise hopes to set their game apart from other guitar-related music games by feature more wholesome family songs as well as onscreen lyrics that reflect that reflect Christian values. Singers are encouraged to sing along while the guitarist plays.
The game will feature 2-player co-op and duel modes. Unlike Rock Band and the upcoming Guitar Hero: World Tour, Guitar Praise will not support drum set or microphone peripherals.
While it may seem like this game has come out of nowhere, Digital Praise have been developing Christian-based rhythm games since 2005 with the release of Dance Praise, a Dance Dance Revolution clone again featuring popular Christian music.

I think this is a company thats trying to make money by using "christian" in their name. Maybe its a bad version of guitar hero.
Whats your voice on this?
Bad because theres another religous thing thats a copy off of something popular or Good because you want to jam out to bands like Relient K?

Wow... what self respecting teenager (obvious target audience) would ever buy that?
Less than half of high-school kids are religious.-
