Palin: the real scandal

I'm not realy sure this is actually worth responding to. however one thing I will say, a people that list a species that has doubled in population in a 60 year period as threatened has obviously got serious issues. We need to base things on scientific fact, not the speculation of a computer model that can't even predict the past correctly.

She has an 85-90% approval rating. She has done quite a lot of exactly what her constituents want. That is THE definition of what a politician should be. Sounds like her detractors should be angry at the residents of Alaska, not Palin.

As far as her policies go, I think she and I line right up. She has my vote!

Hunting and killing animals may be a traditional sport, but where is the sport? I think is outlines the barbaric traits from out prehistoric ancestors. The animal does not stand a chance against the High powered rifles and outlawed scopes. But the world is filled with chances for shooting, for instance in the army. Why not join the infaantry and volunteer for Iraq or Afghanistan and get your rocks off there shooting Talioban and Al Quaida, That is the real sport and take Mrs Palin with you.

Some people are surprised- at first before explanation- when I mention that I believe Cheney, Rove, our ex-secretary of defense, and Bush are among the most dangerous people in the world and in about that order. I would include Palin in that neo-com group. I find her acidic hate, her extremism very dangerous for us and the world. No- it's not a reaction to a strong woman, for even in a man like myself, I admire a strong woman. However, she was picked for negative reasons, to shore up the image. I find her a major concern. Can you really accept her as the leader of the free world, considering McCain's age, you know McCain who is a Republican they try to pass off as a free roaming maverick. Under Palin's rule unions will erode further along with families' paychecks, women's rights will erode, dependence on fossil fuels will continue and expand, and so much for the environment. Health care coverage will erode and schools will begin to reflect Mid-eastern religious schools, science will be suppressed and the Middle Ages theocracy will return. In other words- giant steps backwards. Remember, the dictionary definition of a liberal is one who makes decisions carefully after weighing all the choices in order to support progress. The definition of a conservative is to sustain the status quo, don't change. People are so easily led that I am worried. They will support the very people who will, as they have, hurt them. They will not get the goods they're sold. Palin and McCain are dangerous choices for us and the world.

This Palin woman arouses in me such an intense dislike it borders on hate. She takes helicopter rides buzzing wolves and bear, running them down to exhaustion and then kills them with her high powered rifle. A true sportsman would hunt on the friggin ground. Well, it's very cold in Alaska, so I guess that why she doesn't feel like global warming is legitimate. She probably sees polar bears all the time, so why should they be endangered.

I am not sure who is worse a senile miserable old man with a bad temper who lies like hell or a person who is demb enough to say "War with Iraq is God's work" Both of these candidates give a a very queasy stomach and have me renewing my passport just in case the Repelicans rig another election and steal the Blackhouse.
