First Rule presents We Got the Block at the Bicycle Film Festival in San Francisco, California. We Got the Block took place July 26th, 2008. The Bicycle Film Festival was supposed to get a permit to have the block party but forgot! The guys at First Rule decided that the event must go on no matter what. Everyone had good fun and when the cops came they were really nice. =) They just told us to move to another location and so we did! Look out for First Rule events to take place at every Bicycle Film Festival in 2009!
