Ever met a macho asshole in a bar or a social event, for whom everyone is the enemy? You know, the belligerent guy who hates women and waiters and bartenders and business people and judges and doctors and homeless people and the rich and the poor and....? That's the US government. We are the macho, ignorant bully on the block of the world. We have nothing but enemies in our view. We're the "asshole."

On one hand, I'm relieved it wasn't a story that involved beatings etc. On the other hand I must say, since 1492 when european origin "explorers" and "settlers" came here, we disrupted lives that existed here but it was OK because we said it was. We all know it was wrong. However, it is today. We have children and they have children and we all want to maintain our lives as they are, thus the wars on people and places that may threaten our lifestyles. The places we left to come here were not desireable at the time. We forget that because we live here and we have. Well, some have. A lot don't. Most of the people who come here, live in poverty and still feel that they are better off. So think what and where they came from. We must be able to find a way to help them!!
