The article didn't say what her majesty hopes to use it for...

Her Majesty has got wind.

If only leaders and respected folks in our country would do the same

This appears to be the only useful thing that the overpaid old woman has ever done. I wonder where she's going to put it? I guess she has a number of back gardens to choose from, and doesn't have to worry about planning permission...

Love it.
My mum told me she met the queen during WW2 when she went around the tube stations at night handing out tea and biscuits and stuff to all the people sheltering from the blitz.
Been totally unable to hate on her for anything since.

"and will, when operational, generate enough juice to power up to 3,700 UK homes."
Or one massive palace?

Apparently the big windmill is the flagship model of the company's 'Britannia' project.
Pretty apt title if Maam' gonna be a proud owner...

The Queen is brilliant. I'm just waiting for the rest of the world to try to top that record.

It seems she has a few spare quid from that last lick of paint that hit Buckingham bungalow earlier this year.

I think the Queen is a pretty great person and I am happy to see this post, I only wish we had leaders in America with her reslove as well as caring and understanding for her people. Just how great a country America would be if we had leaders we could trust and we knew cared about the people that voted for them thinking they would care for America, its Constitution, and its people when they were seated in office. What a nice wet dream.

If only Americans were this smart.
