Well they should get a fair representation of our society when they dig this up in a thousand odd years.

seems to be a cross from something from a porn movie and a creature for the adventure of hercules

Ok... I'm typing... this in... that... pose.
Oh God...
It hurts... so... much.
On the plus side, I've discovered a birthmark I never knew about.

amazing.
$2,666,000 on a statue of someone detestable.
kate moss is not exactly... role model material.
but hey she sure looks good in gold, huh?
so all the proceeds are going to some sort of charity, right?
and the statue is going to be melted down in a month to benefit low income needy families, right????
come on, people.
this is rediculous.
whats next?
giant golden mirror, razorblade, and a golden line?
dumb.-

I do agree about the pose, there are a lot of other yoga poses that would look much better.
Maybe they had a limited amount of space when they cast the mold for the statue and that was the only pose that would fit?

All that gold would have made fine connectors on electronic equipment.
what a waste.

I mean come on, you're making a SOLID GOLD statue, and you're thinking: "hmm, what would be the best pose to portray with this incredible investment." Then you chose this?
-
omg, what's next? A diamond-encrusted platinum skull? As if.
