With both presidential candidates calling for oversight and accountability, Fuld and company should be prosecuted as providence of the candidates' commitments to protect the American people. On a personal note, I don't care how "bad" Richard Fuld feels about what he did, the only numbers people like him deserve are inmate numbers.

I'm glad we finally have a name and face to place some of the blame onto, but this guy can't possibly be the only person who blew it. He seems more like a scapegoat and I want a WITCH HUNT! I want to see every single person who is to blame for this lined up against a wall so we can all punch them in the gonads one by one...

We are not an entirely ignorant people. Of course we know there are people receiving unimaginable benefits and money while most people are getting a few dollars over minimum wage for back-breaking labor. What do we get for that? Better character. What really gets us is that we never really thought we'd start struggling even more for their own gain.

I would NEVER call Fuld a scapegoat he's the real deal. Pure personification of wall street scum of the earth. We should make him sit in Rikers till he gives up the names then turn em loose to a roomfull of his stockholders

Disgusting how the economy is in shambles and this man has enough money to buy so many luxuries.

This is fantastic. Not Fuld but the man running the show. Personally I think he tore Fuld a new one in very nice terms.

Way to go. Though it's too little too late.

It is most unfortunate that the real criminals are not going to be identified nor punished for their leadership in this economic disaster for they are far to covered by middlemen.
Not only should they be ferreted out and punished, but the government officials that allowed this to happen on their watch. The shepherd that allows the slaughter of his flock should not go unpunished. The suffering of millions for the gluttony of the few. This one of the greatest disasters in many decades.
