What a peaceful human being. His music is mellow and his views are respectful. -Kudos

What a soft-spoken and gentle musician. Amazing to think he carries a gun and a license to kill if necessary on behalf of our nation.

Here's Joshua playing "Home," the title track from his album. HIs music seems so much more sincere in its emotions than a lot of other singer/songwriters.

wow, i bet his experience in iraq will bring a lot to his music for years. there must be so much to draw from.
i wouldn't normally expect a soldier to be a singer/songwriter. it's cool that joshua is breaking stereotypes.
plus, his music is awesome.

What a teddy bear - such a juxtaposition to see his music while soldiers are at work.

The comments, including those of the TV hosts, about a songwriter with a soft style being "surprising" just goes to show the public's misconceptions about people in uniform. You misunderstand and underestimate the depth and breadth of American servicepeople.
