My independent feature, LOOP, will screen this Saturday night, October 11, in the 9PM (Central) Film Block along with the award winning independent movies, "Standing on a Whale," and "Marta's Sex Tape."
The Lake Pepin Art & Design Center is hosting the festival and will screen 32 cutting edge, though provoking and entertaining films.
I will be leaving tonight by car to attend the festival and I thought it would be a good opportunity to meet some friends from current_.
And no, I'm not making any money off of it. I don't really know where anyone lives, but I thought I'd put it out there if you are an indy film lover.

This is the website for my movie, LOOP. Of course it needs updating.
LOOP has won Best Visual effects as a work in progress at the FAIF International Film Festival, it screened at the 2008 Cannes Marché du Film and won Best Narrative Feature at the 2008 Great Lakes Film Festival.
There is nothing for sale there.

Dang it Pericles, now I'm missing my old home. Pepin is so beautiful. on the Minnesota side it is Lake City, for Lake Pepin which is really just a 4 mile wide spot on the Mississippi River. Dammit I miss Minnesota, or Nelson, WI. The cool thing about Pepin is the Wisconsin side has the huge Limestone bluffs.
Anyone who can, go see this great Film Festival, especially Pericles' Film. This event couldn't take place in a more beautiful locale, heck....email me for Things to Do, See and Eat.
Go for the Films, stay for the food on a stick.

Stop it! You're making me miss "Minnesnowda" and the equally picturesque "Dairy State"!
Good going, Pericles1978.
I hope to see "Loop" on the big screen someday down in Tennessee.
