When MSNBC host and former Republican Congressman Joe Scarborough appeared on the Colbert Report on Wednesday, Stephen Colbert immediately got him off balance by noting, "The last time you were here, you admitted that you took money from Jack Abramoff."

"What's with that!" yelled Scarborough. "This is all you have for me?"

"That was just the preamble of the question," Colbert explained. "I just wanted to know if you wanted to reveal anything about your relationship with William Ayers while you were here."

After Scarborough had denied having ever been involved in bomb-making, Colbert asked, more seriously, "No, but are you covering this whole thing, that Obama's buddy-buddy with Ayers?"

"We talked about it," Scarborough acknowledged, adding, "It is not relevant to where the story is right now."

"But that's why you talk about it, right?" asked Colbert. "You've got to talk about it even if it's not relevant."

"I don't think you understand," explained Scarborough. "We talk about it because it's not relevant."

"I've heard you guys say, like, 'We shouldn't be talking about this -- this is the McCain campaign making us connect the dots," insisted Colbert.

"You get it backwards," replied Scarborough. "You see, what we do is we talk about it for a very long time, and then we reveal -- after the ratings come in and it helps us out -- that we shouldn't be talking about it."

Colbert then asked, "How does McCain win this one, Joe? How does McCain bring it out of the pooper?"

"It's too late," Scarborough replied, as the audience cheered. "When there was peace and propersity you could talk about certain issues, but you can't at this point -- you have to talk about the economy."

"Look how MSNBC has changed you!" marveled Colbert.

"I know," admitted Scarborough ruefully.

It's nice to hear someone from the Republican Party publicly acknowledge that McCain is losing his chance for the presidency. I like this candid side of Joe.

Joe's always candid and loves to play devil's advocate. No one can call him a Liberal, but they way he talks, makes you wonder. He sees the writing on the wall for the McCain camp, and its pretty damn clear why.

Well I think Bush achieved everything he wanted, destroy America from within. Scarborough a co conspirator along with Rush who always states that we
will get rid of everything FDR did. Their goal was to blow the debt so far up that the entitlement programs
such as social security, medicare could not survive.
Oooops better catch that plane too Dubai Joe.

Mr. Ayers is correct about escalation in people. I think the Civil Rights movement, the Holocaust, Skinheads, Anti-Semites, sexists, racists and morons in general have proven that if you pump hate into people long enough, it buids up. Fear and hate transform people into creatures lower and less noble than beasts.

If McCain believes that Iraq is any less unpopular than Viet Nam in the hearts of Americans, he need only look at his polling disaster to see reality.

McCain has shown his true colors and to paraphrase Bob Dylan - McCain is not yellow, he's chicken to campaign on the issues and stand up like a man and refute racism and bigotry and xenophobia.

For those of you who wish to burry your head in the sand you better think twice about this election. Now we have a mess here in Ohio (and other states) thanks to the Obama campaign.
His early get out and vote campaign has caused quite the havoc. Voter fraud is now rampant.
    Watch the video below.
