Damn, I would've liked to have seen Murray as Batman. He should put on a panto version...
EDIT: oops, I meant the 1989 Batman film, though I wish Batman *were* around in 1898 ;-)

Did you mean 1998 ;) No seriously he would suck as batman, it would just be sad to see a relatively good comic be ripped to shreds by this very mediocre star, he might be better as the butler. Just kidding he would suck at any role in it.

He would have made Batman sarcastically funny, which he just couldn't have been. A funny Batman directed by Tim Burton... you can see why he vetoed that suggestion.
