1. Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy
2. Create a gulag
3. Develop a thug caste
4. Set up an internal surveillance syste
5. Harass citizens' groups
6. Engage in arbitrary detention and release
7. Target key individuals
8. Control the press
9. Dissent equals treason
10. Suspend the rule of law
Wolf's conclusion? Impeachment of Bush and Cheney is not enough. Prosecuting (and jailing) them for crimes committed is the only rational solution.

What are we going to do about it? Well I for one plan to file a criminal complaint against Bush so that H.R. Reps Cucinich & McDermott can move forward to press their articles of Impeachment against Bush as soon as Pelosi is deposed in the Nov.4th election.Meaning once Pelosi is the former Speaker of the House, but no longer, then Pelosi's Obstruction of Justice will abate.Because at that point in time, Bush and his 3rd crooked A.G. will be lame ducks. And within the apprx next 10 weeks between Nov.5th and Jan 11th?(the next Inauguration)the next Congress can move ahead aggressively to uncover at
least the elementary stages of all the Organized Crime

Since the fascists are already in power -- the Republican Party has been the unofficial vessel of U.S. fascism since its anti-Roosevelt alliance with Hitler and Mussolini during the 1930s -- the likelihood is that the United States will become the Fourth Reich: a ChristoNazi theocracy with non-Christians forced into the scapegoat role to which the Jews were reduced in Germany.
