    Dirty tactics by other ISP's?

    I've always wondered what the point of needlessly damaging other peoples computers is. It's easy to just mindlessly vandalise a car or property, but you have to put serious effort into vandalising a computer, so why bother?

    Well Virgin Media is not exactly making friends when it comes to the net neutrality issue, just a wild guess but it could have something to do with that.
