    I'm surprised the article didn't mention anything about exercise or staying fit. It does wonders for a lot of people. Not only do you have a good sweat but you feel great at the end because you're doing your part to living a healthier life.

    i guess exercise is apart of working.

    i feel tired and beat after i work out, honestly.
