A poster from simpler times. Today that poster would not have been printed.
Today VD has civil rights. For instance, you could not have a picture of an 18 year old boy, say he may look clean - but. He could have AIDS.

It makes you wonder which of our ads we have now a days will have people, 30 years in the future or so, looking back and asking "How did they ever let people print this"?
-
hahaha its funny though, you have to admit..

the fact is, it was a government backed propaganda system for the war, legal or not. Our crooked and corrupt government will do what they want and get away with it because this country is occupied by sheep that will not get up and fend for themselves. War propaganda has been used for years and still is used today. How many "support our troops" stickers have u seen? Would people have placed those stickers on their cars if it would have said "support bush's war policy", propaganda is everywhere, those that can't recognize it are proof that people can be told what to think without them even knowing it.

I was in the military before I became disabled, and it's a hard and thankless job. A friendly environment back home is good.
Bumper stickers never meant much to me. But protesters, now that made me upset, when I was out there for their benefit.I would think how can they be so ? (could not even formulate a word to express how I felt, it was so strong)

Yeah but I felt so "used" by the people that protested... but I knew what I did was right, I made the choice, and a good choice.. Taken for granted would be the understatement of the century. Not because of how I became disabled either. Because of the attitude of some people, they cannot see beyond their yard.
