Oasis front man says the X Factor has "absolutely nothing to do with music" and instead is all TV spectacle that "seems to bring on mental illness."
Gallagher hasn't had much good to say about England in general. According to the gossip on NME, he's also branded his home country and London "a f**king sh*thole."

The X-Factor is has nothing to do with music.
If Jimi Hendrix were to go on the X-Factor today, he wouldn't of got through the first round, because he is a musician not a singer. Playing an instrument is the base layer of any musician and if the X-Factor promotes just singing "talents" they are denying so much talent they're chance to get showcased.
